❝ I am sure that the hangover isn't even going to be that bad in the morning? ❞ Who is she trying to fool with her statement? Clearly not him and it is easy to see by the expression upon his face. Drinking as much as she has is Amelia's way to cope with the fact that her brother had married a woman that she couldn't stand. The only woman that could ever out insult her. Not only that but Amelia doesn't need the title of ruining another family member's wedding.

It is not uncommon for people in their her's and Luis's world to be put into an arranged marriage , but that doesn't take away the fact that Amelia never thought that she'd fall into that category. In the beginning the blonde did act like her whole world was ending when Declan broke the news that sh'ed be marrying a man of his choice. Now fast forward to the day of her wedding she didn't only find herself nervous but excited to be married to Luis. Of course she is aware there is still a lot that the two need to figure out about one another , but she has much confidence that it will come easily for the couple. Sure she couldn't say it yet that she loves Luis. Yet she felt those feelings towards him heading in the right direction and once they're officially married they'll be able to focus on their relationship without the stress of planning a wedding. Amelia is already well aware of the fact that it is going to be noted by their guests that her father wasn't in attendance. She is sure that some aren't completely shocked since the blonde had ruined her own father's wedding earlier in the year. Seeing Mason in attendance did cause the fem to worry that he was here on a mission to sour the day someway. However if Amelia remembers correctly he had said he wouldn't be one to attend his ex's wedding , yet there he sat. What could she expect? He already proven himself out to hurt her when he decided to move onto someone new within matter of weeks after their break up. Amelia doesn't want to focus her thoughts on the other male. Today is about her and Luis's family coming together as a family. Which is why she didn't show any type of acknowledgement towards Mason. There is a soft smile upon the fem's lips at his actions , ❝ thank you. ❞ Amelia responds to his words and usually she is one to answer back with a smartass remark but she never seemed to do so whenever it comes to him. Her focus remains on Luis , but giving the priest enough of her attention at the same time as well to make sure she doesn't miss anything that he is saying. //@thewcllingtons

Today was the big day. As much as Luis liked to pretend that it didn't stress him out, he was a bit nervous too. A friend of his snuck him a shot to ease his nerves. Luis tended to be a closed off person. Knowing that there were over a hundred of guest that would watch him have his first kiss with Amelia freaked him out. He would push through it. Granted, he is excited to be married to Amelia. He really liked her. He desired for everything to work out between them. All he could hope is that she thought the same thing about him. It helped that he knews that she was super overwhelmed about today too, they were all in the same boat.

Luis stood at the podium waiting for Amelia to walk down the aisle. A part of his heart dropped when he said Declan walking her down the aisle. Not that he disliked him, but it was unfortunate that her father chose to be selfish on a day like this. The addition of glares towards a certain blonde in the crowd. Luis figured that must've been the infamous Mason he had been warned about. Why the male decided to crash was unbeknownst to him. He already had plans for how he'd deal with the male later. Luis decided to move his attention back to his bride. Seeing Amelia walk down the aisle in her dressed warmed her heart. She was beautiful. It choked him up a bit to know that she would officially be his wife in just a short time. Taking her hands, he kissed the both of them to show her a bit of affection. ❝ You look beautiful.. ❞ he whispered just loud enough for her to hear. Luis didn't think he was a looker. He hated suits, but Amelia's comment did make him stand up a bit straighter. Focusing back onto the priest that would marry him. Hoping that he ex wouldn't object to anything because he knew his reaction would be pretty ugly if it happened.// @kiillerqueen

She felt like she was dealing with all of it by herself because her best friend was busy with her own boyfriend. ❝ You know sometimes I regret even introducing the two of you. Colin has been the only person in Amelia's life that truly expressed wanting what is best for her in the direction of finding the healing that she needs from past trauma that has turned her into an ugly person. He seemed to be the only person that didn't see her as some sort of damaged goods. As much as the idea of being vulnerable with a stranger , Amelia knows that Colin is right about needing some sort of help to process all of the shitty things in her past at the hands of her father and her first love. " What if I can't do it alone? I know that you're right about needing the help of a trained professional , -- but I don't know if I can sit in a room with a complete stranger and spill my life to them. " Amelia doesn't come out and say it , but she is basically asking and hoping that he'd agree to come with her. He'd not have to say anything but sit there and be the support and encouragement that she needs to take the big step into the right direction. " Sometimes I feel like people hold me to my mistakes more because they've grown tired of the same behaviour from me. What if I am really what people say about me. " That being a hateful bitch that would get what was coming to her someday. " You're right , but my siblings and I are really all we have since our father is too busy looking for a new wife while he has exiled our mother. " It isn't often Amelia speaks of her parents. " You don't need to try ... because you already are. " Femme spoke in a soft tone before leaning in for thier lips to meet in a soft kiss.

BEING VULNERABLE WAS SCARY. IT was normal to be afraid of opening up. Even he himself went through it. However, it was a difficult process one had to go through to be able to face one's demons and heal their wounds. "It takes bravery to be able to face your fears and heal from the wounds. It's scary, but it's something you have to go through. Even though you're a strong person, who've overcome a lot, it's still different to know yourself objectively through someone else's eyes. But it'd help you get a better perspective of yourself and the world around you." Colin had to encourage Amelia to give it a shot. It was something she needed. He only wanted what was best for her. "It's not too late. You have't really burned everything to the ground. And the fact that you are aware of this means that there's still a chance for you. Plus, you're young. You're allowed to screw up and make mistakes. Sometimes you forget that. You've still got a lot to learn." The thing was, they sometimes forgot they were young. They thought they knew everything but they didn't. There was always a room to learn and improve. "You're not alone. I'm here," he assured her, taking hold of her hand and giving it a squeeze. "Your brother is a grown man. If something's really off with his girlfriend, I think he'll be able to figure it out himself. It's not your job to protect him." Amelia shouldn't burden herself by being her brother's protector. "You know, I'm not the greatest person out here, but I am doing my best to be that for you."

Violet had definitely not been the person she had wanted to be greeted by when she dropped in for a visit unannounced. It hadn't even been in her plans for the day , but after the argument with Luis she needed a distraction. Not only that but part of her wanted to ask Declan why did he hate her so much to arrange a marriage to someone that was just as strong headed as herself. ❝ You weren't the person I wanted to see , but you will do I guess ... ❞ //@thewcllingtons

         “ Declan you’re such an incompetent human ,  you know that right? “   Amelia had been getting ready to rip into her brother for messing up something so simple ,  well at least simple in her own eyes.   When she actually realized who the male actually was standing in the room with his back no longer turned to her ,  it had taken her a couple seconds to find words to speak.  It really did seem like Mason has a specialty of making the blonde lost for words.   “ What are you doing here? I guess that is a stupid question to be asking since I am assuming it has to do with my father? “    Small talk has never been a strong suit for Amelia , she is sure that it’s pretty obvious but she didn’t exactly know what else she is suppose to say to the male after the disaster of their last encounter.  “ Have you come to tell my father the truth? “  Amelia knows she can only make up excuses to protect Mason for so long before her father will grow tired of it or worse figure out she has been lying the whole time.  Which would be a terrible outcome for the two involved.  || @thewcllingtons​ ||

In a way maybe Mason had been right about one thing about Amelia , almost anything that she touches tends to become ruined. ❝ What exactly are you trying to suggest Mason , that I go out of my way to stall my father or ruin any possible connection for Declan? ❞ In Amelia's mind she could careless if her brother got married sooner or later on down the road , but than again she wasn't seeing it the way that the male is. Mason once again hadn't been wrong , Amelia had been the one that started the initial ambush of the other femme. ❝ I may have started the exchange of insults , but there was no way that she was going to stay under the radar. Declan may or may not have left his phone home one day and he is a moron when it comes to passwords and well I just happened to come across the messages between him and her. I was just curious about the woman that seems to have my brother wrapped around her finger. ❞ Amelia knows there is no point in lying about how the encounter happened between the two femmes. ❝ I can completely understand why you're pissed off , but it wasn't like I wasn't sparing her in the end of getting hurt. You don't think for a moment that she hasn't given Declan any ideas about you? Violet is a lot smarter than Declan and keeping her around for that fact also could fuck us over if you think about it. Having her in the picture either way is going to ruin what we've been working on. ❞
